InMarket is hiring a contract AI Builder in Austin, Texas, for a hybrid role requiring an initial three-month commitment with a strong likelihood of an extended or permanent presence. The role owns the full lifecycle of internal AI-enabled software, automating repetitive workflows and modernizing ad hoc scripts and notebooks into production systems. The builder will collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering; manage stakeholders; enable adoption; and progress from quick wins to larger-scale AI initiatives. Candidates should have strong software engineering fundamentals, SQL/NoSQL knowledge, AI fluency, and the ability to ship production-grade software; experience with LLM orchestration, Node.js, Python, and internal AI tooling is preferred. The targeted base salary is $90,000 to $100,000.
