Applied Materials is hiring a full-time AI/HR Technology Specialist to partner with HR COEs and GIS teams on AI and automation initiatives across the HR function. The role evaluates Workday capabilities, supports the AiMEE chatbot, leads pilot deployments, develops HR analytics models, and coordinates project planning, testing, and deployment. It requires functional HR knowledge, Workday expertise, AI application knowledge, cross-functional leadership, and experience managing HR technology projects. The position is based in Austin, Texas or Santa Clara, California, with 10% travel and relocation eligibility.
