Hogan Lovells Cadwalader is hiring an AI Capability Learning & Development Manager or Senior Manager in Birmingham or London to lead the development and operationalisation of the firm’s AI skills framework and HLC Lead & Learn curriculum. The role will translate AI priorities into role-based learning pathways, design modular and scalable curriculum, embed responsible AI use, integrate AI capabilities across core learning programmes, manage stakeholder partnerships, evaluate learning outcomes, and establish a sustainable global operating model. The position offers a 35-hour week with up to 40% remote work and requires significant learning and development, curriculum design, generative AI, and global programme experience.
