Magellan is hiring an AI Change Manager to lead change workstreams in complex transformation programs, develop adoption strategies, industrialize augmented change methods and AI agents, track impact through KPIs, support executive committees, and manage consultants and senior consultants. The role requires a master’s degree and 6–10 years of change management or transformation experience, strong project leadership, client relationship skills, coaching ability, Microsoft 365 proficiency, and interest in innovation and AI in change.
