Mindera is hiring an Agentic Engineering Coach to accelerate AI-assisted and agentic software development across engineering teams. The role combines hands-on software development with coaching, delivery optimization, prototype and reference implementation development, prompting and validation practices, impact measurement, and the evolution of engineering standards. Candidates need at least six years of software engineering experience, along with experience in agent orchestration, MCP-based tooling, reusable AI workflows, large-scale technology adoption, Kubernetes, cloud-native platforms, distributed systems, Kafka, and digital or eCommerce environments.
