Description
UNACEM is hiring an AI COACH, also described as an AI Adoption & Enablement Engineer, to lead practical AI adoption across the organization and its group companies. The role combines AI coaching, enablement, use-case discovery, and AI engineering to train employees on generative AI tools, facilitate workshops and individual follow-ups, build low-code/no-code and API-based prototypes, evaluate platforms, and monitor adoption and value metrics. It requires at least three years of technology or digital transformation experience, a backend development background transitioning to AI, and practical experience with AI generative tools, workshops, and AI use-case discovery.
