Arηs Group is hiring an AI Coach to drive AI adoption and responsible AI practices across software engineering teams for a global healthcare technology client. The role coaches engineers on GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development, identifies high-value AI use cases, establishes governance and quality standards, supports human-in-the-loop and secure coding practices, and delivers training and change-management initiatives. Candidates need software engineering or technical leadership experience, proficiency in English and French, and expertise with LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, and responsible AI frameworks.
