Madhive is hiring an AI Code Engineering Lead to build and scale an agentic coding platform that generates production code with engineer review. The role owns AI-native engineering practices, evaluation harnesses, reusable building blocks, developer tooling, and velocity V1s, while leading adoption across Product and Engineering. It is a hybrid position requiring three days per week at Madhive HQ in New York City, with travel to other locations as needed, and offers an approximate compensation range of $200,000-$225,000.
