Mindrift is recruiting experienced software developers for a project-based freelance opportunity to design and evaluate realistic coding tasks for AI coding agents. The work involves building simulated developer environments, defining task prompts and success criteria, writing functional and integration tests, reviewing agent solutions, and refining evaluations based on QA feedback. The role is remote and part-time, with payment per accepted task up to the equivalent of $30 per hour; participation is not permanent employment.
