Description
Mindrift is recruiting experienced software developers for a project-based freelance opportunity focused on building realistic simulated developer environments, designing challenging tasks for AI coding agents, and creating fair functional and integration tests to evaluate agent solutions. The work is part-time and fully remote, paid per accepted task at up to the equivalent of $30 per hour, and requires strong English proficiency, at least five years of software development experience, and familiarity with Python/FastAPI, JavaScript/TypeScript/React, Docker, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and Redis. A relevant master's degree is preferred, though a bachelor's degree is accepted with five years of field experience.
