Description
Mindrift is recruiting experienced software developers for a project-based freelance opportunity to create and evaluate datasets for AI coding agents. The work involves building realistic simulated development environments, designing challenging developer tasks, defining evaluation criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and iterating based on QA feedback. The role is remote and part-time, paid per accepted task at up to the equivalent of $40 per hour, and is not permanent employment.
