Mindrift is recruiting experienced software developers for a project-based freelance opportunity to create and evaluate realistic coding tasks and automated tests for AI coding agents. The role involves designing simulated developer environments, defining task criteria, writing functional and integration tests, reviewing agent solutions, and refining evaluations based on QA feedback. It is part-time, remote, and paid per accepted task, with compensation up to the equivalent of $50 per hour; participation is not permanent employment.
