Description
Mindrift is recruiting experienced software development specialists for a project-based opportunity to create and evaluate challenging tasks for AI coding agents. The work involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing solvable tasks, writing functional and integration tests, and refining tasks based on QA feedback. Candidates need 8+ years of software development experience, English proficiency at B2+ or higher, and experience with Python/FastAPI, JavaScript/TypeScript/React, Docker, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, and testing. Tasks are estimated at 30 hours each, work is flexible and paid per accepted task, with compensation up to the equivalent of $200 per hour.
