Mindrift is recruiting experienced software developers for a project-based freelance role creating and evaluating benchmark tasks for AI coding agents. The work involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing challenging coding tasks and success criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and iterating based on QA feedback. The role is remote and part-time, paid per accepted task at an effective rate of up to $50 per hour equivalent, and is not permanent employment.
