Description
Mindrift is recruiting experienced software developers for project-based work creating and evaluating coding-agent tasks for AI systems. The role involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing solvable tasks and evaluation criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and refining tasks based on QA feedback. It is not permanent employment, data labeling, prompt engineering, or primarily writing code from scratch. Applicants need 5+ years of software development experience, proficiency with the listed web and infrastructure stack, testing experience, and English proficiency at B2 or higher. Work is self-scheduled and paid at up to $50 per hour equivalent.
