Mindrift is seeking experienced software developers for a project-based role creating and evaluating realistic coding tasks for AI coding agents. The work involves building simulated developer environments, designing solvable tasks and evaluation criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and refining tasks based on QA feedback. The opportunity is remote, part-time, and freelance, with payment per accepted task up to the equivalent of $50 per hour; it is not permanent employment.
