Mindrift is seeking experienced software developers for project-based work evaluating AI coding agents. The role involves building realistic simulated development environments, designing coding tasks and success criteria, writing functional and integration tests, reviewing agent solutions, and refining tasks based on QA feedback. Candidates need at least five years of software development experience, proficiency with Python/FastAPI, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Docker, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, test development, and English at B2 level or higher. The engagement is project-based rather than permanent employment, with self-scheduled tasks estimated at approximately 20 hours and compensation of up to $50 per hour equivalent.
