Mindrift is seeking experienced software developers to create and evaluate benchmark tasks for AI coding agents. The project involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing solvable coding tasks, writing functional and integration tests, reviewing agent solutions, and refining evaluations based on QA feedback.
