Mindrift is recruiting experienced software developers for project-based work creating and evaluating benchmark tasks for AI coding agents. The role involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing solvable coding tasks, writing functional and integration tests, reviewing agent solutions, and refining evaluations based on QA feedback. It is not permanent employment, data labeling, prompt engineering, or primarily coding from scratch. Projects are flexible, with tasks estimated at 30 hours and payment per accepted task, potentially reaching an equivalent of $200 per hour.
