Mindrift is recruiting experienced software developers for a project-based freelance role creating and evaluating benchmark tasks for AI coding agents. The work involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing challenging coding tasks and acceptance criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and refining evaluations based on QA feedback. The opportunity is remote and part-time, paid per accepted task at rates up to the equivalent of $50 per hour, and is not permanent employment.
