Mindrift is recruiting experienced software developers for project-based work creating and evaluating benchmark tasks for AI coding agents. The role involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing coding tasks and acceptance criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and iterating based on QA feedback. It is project-based rather than permanent employment, with estimated 30-hour tasks, flexible scheduling, and payment per accepted task up to the equivalent of $150 per hour.
