Mindrift is recruiting experienced software developers for a project-based freelance opportunity creating and evaluating coding-agent tasks for AI systems. The role involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing challenging tasks and success criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and refining evaluations based on QA feedback. It is remote, part-time, and paid per accepted task, with compensation up to the equivalent of $50 per hour; participation is not permanent employment.
