Description
Mindrift is recruiting experienced software developers for a project-based opportunity focused on evaluating AI coding agents. The role involves building realistic simulated software environments, designing challenging developer tasks, defining evaluation criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and refining tasks based on QA feedback. It is not permanent employment, and work is paid per accepted task, with tasks estimated at about 30 hours and compensation of up to the equivalent of $200 per hour.
