Description
Mindrift is recruiting experienced software developers for a project-based opportunity to create and evaluate benchmark tasks for AI coding agents. The work involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing intermediate-state coding tasks and success criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and refining tasks based on QA feedback. It is not permanent employment, data labeling, prompt engineering, or primarily writing code from scratch. Candidates need 5+ years of software development experience, English proficiency at B2 or higher, and familiarity with Python/FastAPI, JavaScript/TypeScript/React, Docker, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and Redis. The opportunity is paid up to $50 per hour equivalent, with approximately 20 hours per task and a self-directed schedule.
