Description
Mindrift is seeking experienced software developers for a project-based freelance opportunity focused on building simulated software-development environments, designing challenging tasks for AI coding agents, and creating functional and integration tests to evaluate agent-generated solutions. The role requires strong experience across Python/FastAPI, JavaScript/TypeScript/React, Docker, Postgres, Kafka, and Redis, plus English proficiency at B2 or higher. Participation is not permanent employment; work is remote, part-time, and paid per accepted task at up to the equivalent of $30 per hour.
