Description
Mindrift is recruiting experienced software developers for a project-based freelance opportunity focused on creating and evaluating realistic coding tasks for AI coding agents. The role involves building simulated developer environments, designing challenging tasks and evaluation criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and refining evaluations based on QA feedback. Candidates should have 5+ years of software development experience, familiarity with Python/FastAPI, JavaScript/TypeScript/React, Docker, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and Redis, English proficiency at B2+ or higher, and generally a relevant master's degree or a bachelor's degree with five years of field experience. Participation is remote, part-time, freelance, and paid per accepted task up to the equivalent of $30 per hour; it is not permanent employment.
