Description
Mindrift is recruiting experienced software developers for a project-based opportunity focused on creating and evaluating tasks for AI coding agents. The work involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing challenging coding tasks and acceptance criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and refining tasks based on QA feedback. The role requires 8+ years of software development experience, proficiency with Python/FastAPI, JavaScript/TypeScript/React, Docker, Postgres, Kafka, Redis, and English proficiency at B2 or higher. It is not permanent employment, and participants are paid per accepted task, with compensation up to the equivalent of $200 per hour.
