The role involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing challenging coding tasks and evaluation criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and refining tasks based on QA feedback. It is not permanent employment, and participants set their own schedule while completing estimated 20-hour tasks for compensation of up to $50 per hour equivalent.
