Description
Mindrift is recruiting experienced software developers for a project-based freelance opportunity creating and evaluating benchmark tasks for AI coding agents. The role involves building realistic simulated development environments, designing challenging developer tasks and success criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and iterating based on QA feedback. It is remote and part-time, paid per accepted task at up to the equivalent of $50 per hour, and is not permanent employment.
