Description
Mindrift is recruiting experienced software developers for a project-based opportunity to create and evaluate coding-agent tasks for AI systems. The work involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing intermediate-state tasks and acceptance criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and refining evaluations based on QA feedback. It is not permanent employment, data labeling, prompt engineering, or primarily writing code from scratch. The role requires 8+ years of software development experience, proficiency with Python/FastAPI, JavaScript/TypeScript/React, Docker, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, testing, and English at B2+ level. Tasks are estimated at 30 hours, completed flexibly by deadline, and paid per accepted task at rates up to the equivalent of $200 per hour.
