Description
Mindrift is seeking experienced software developers for a project-based opportunity evaluating AI coding agents. The role involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing challenging coding tasks and success criteria, writing functional and integration tests that fairly assess agent solutions, and iterating based on QA feedback. Candidates should have at least five years of software development experience, proficiency with Python/FastAPI, JavaScript/TypeScript and React, Docker, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, test writing, and English at B2 or higher. This is not permanent employment or data labeling; participants qualify for projects, set their own schedule, and are paid up to $50 per hour equivalent.
