Description
Mindrift is recruiting experienced software developers for a project-based freelance role creating and evaluating coding-agent tasks. The work involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing challenging tasks and success criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and refining evaluations based on QA feedback. The role is remote and part-time, paid per accepted task at up to the equivalent of $50 per hour, and requires strong software-development experience with Python/FastAPI, JavaScript/TypeScript/React, Docker, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, testing, and B2+ English proficiency. Participation is not permanent employment.
