Mindrift is seeking experienced software developers for project-based work creating and evaluating benchmark tasks for AI coding agents. The role involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing solvable coding tasks and acceptance criteria, writing functional and integration tests that fairly assess agent solutions, and iterating based on QA feedback. It is not permanent employment, is paid per accepted task, allows flexible scheduling, and offers compensation up to the equivalent of $150 per hour depending on qualification tier and efficiency.
