Description
Mindrift is recruiting experienced software developers for project-based work creating and evaluating tasks used to benchmark AI coding agents. The role involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing solvable coding tasks and evaluation criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and refining tasks based on QA feedback. It is not permanent employment; participants join projects, complete approximately 20-hour tasks, set their own schedule, and may earn up to $40 per hour equivalent.
