Description
Mindrift is recruiting experienced software developers for a project-based freelance role creating and evaluating tasks for AI coding agents. The work involves building realistic simulated development environments, designing challenging developer tasks and evaluation criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and refining tasks based on QA feedback. The opportunity is part-time and fully remote, paid per accepted task at up to the equivalent of $30 per hour, and is not permanent employment.
