Mindrift is recruiting experienced software developers for a project-based opportunity to create and evaluate datasets for AI coding agents. The work involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing coding tasks and evaluation criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and refining tasks based on QA feedback. The opportunity is not permanent employment, is paid per accepted task, and allows participants to choose when to work subject to submission deadlines.
