Description
Mindrift is recruiting experienced software developers for project-based work creating and evaluating datasets for AI coding agents. The role involves building realistic simulated development environments, designing challenging developer tasks and acceptance criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and iterating based on QA feedback. It is not permanent employment or data labeling; participants work flexibly on tasks estimated at about 30 hours each and are paid per accepted task, with compensation up to the equivalent of $150 per hour.
