Description
Mindrift is seeking experienced software developers for a project-based freelance opportunity to create and evaluate benchmark tasks for AI coding agents. The role involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing challenging tasks and evaluation criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and refining tasks based on QA feedback. Candidates should have 5+ years of software development experience, proficiency with Python/FastAPI, JavaScript/TypeScript/React, Docker, Postgres, Kafka, and Redis, English proficiency at B2 or higher, and a relevant master's degree or a bachelor's degree with five years of experience. The work is part-time, remote, freelance, and paid per accepted task at up to the equivalent of $50 per hour.
