Mindrift is recruiting experienced software developers for a project-based opportunity to create and evaluate challenging tasks for AI coding agents. The work involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing solvable tasks and evaluation criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and refining tasks based on QA feedback. The opportunity is project-based rather than permanent employment, with an estimated 30 hours per task and payment per accepted task, up to the equivalent of $150 per hour.
