Description
Mindrift is recruiting experienced software developers for a project-based freelance role creating and evaluating benchmark tasks for AI coding agents. The work involves building realistic simulated development environments, designing challenging developer tasks, defining success criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and refining evaluations based on QA feedback. The position is remote and part-time, paid per accepted task at up to the equivalent of $30 per hour, and is not permanent employment.
