Description
Mindrift is seeking experienced software developers for a project-based opportunity evaluating AI coding agents. The work involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing challenging coding tasks and evaluation criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and iterating based on QA feedback. The role requires at least five years of software development experience, proficiency with Python/FastAPI, JavaScript/TypeScript/React, Docker, Postgres, Kafka, Redis, testing, and English at B2 level or higher. It is not permanent employment; participants join projects, complete approximately 20-hour tasks, set their own schedule, and may earn up to $50 per hour equivalent.
