Description
Mindrift is recruiting experienced software developers for a project-based opportunity focused on creating and evaluating realistic tasks for AI coding agents. The role involves building simulated developer environments, designing solvable coding tasks, writing robust functional and integration tests, and refining tasks based on QA feedback. It is not permanent employment or data labeling; participants apply, qualify, join a project, complete tasks, and are paid per accepted task, with an estimated workload of 30 hours per task and compensation up to the equivalent of $150 per hour.
