Mindrift is seeking experienced software developers for a project-based opportunity creating and evaluating tasks used to benchmark AI coding agents. The work involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing challenging tasks and acceptance criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and refining tasks based on QA feedback. This is project-based rather than permanent employment, with estimated 30-hour tasks and payment per accepted task, potentially reaching the equivalent of $150 per hour.
