Description
Mindrift is seeking experienced software development specialists for a project-based opportunity evaluating AI coding agents. The role involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing intermediate-state coding tasks and success criteria, writing functional and integration tests that fairly assess agent solutions, and refining tasks based on QA feedback. Applicants should have 5+ years of software development experience, proficiency with Python/FastAPI, JavaScript/TypeScript/React, Docker, Postgres, Kafka, Redis, test development, and English at B2+ level. Participation is not permanent employment, work is self-scheduled, and compensation is up to $40 per hour equivalent.
