Mindrift is seeking experienced software development specialists for a project-based opportunity creating and evaluating tasks used to assess AI coding agents. The role involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing challenging coding tasks and success criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and refining tasks based on QA feedback. It is not permanent employment and is paid per accepted task, with an effective rate of up to $150 per hour depending on qualification tier and efficiency.
