Description
Mindrift is seeking experienced software developers to help build and evaluate datasets for AI coding agents on a project-based basis, not as permanent employment. The role involves creating realistic simulated developer environments, designing solvable coding tasks from intermediate states, writing robust tests to validate solutions, and iterating based on QA feedback to improve evaluation quality. Candidates need 5+ years in software development, experience with a stack including Python/FastAPI, JavaScript/TypeScript/React, Docker, Postgres, Kafka, and Redis, plus functional and integration testing experience and B2+ English proficiency. Compensation is up to $50 per hour equivalent, with an estimated 20 hours per task and flexible scheduling.
