The project-based role involves building simulated developer environments, designing solvable coding tasks and evaluation criteria, writing functional and integration tests, reviewing agent outputs, and refining tasks based on QA feedback. Candidates need 5+ years of software development experience, proficiency with Python/FastAPI, JavaScript/TypeScript/React, Docker, Postgres, Kafka, Redis, testing, and English at B2+ level. The work is project-based rather than permanent employment, offers flexible scheduling, and pays up to $50 per hour equivalent.
