Mindrift is recruiting specialists for a project-based freelance role creating and evaluating realistic software-development tasks for AI coding agents. The work involves building simulated developer environments, designing solvable coding tasks and evaluation criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and refining tasks based on QA feedback. Candidates should have substantial software development experience, knowledge of the listed backend and frontend technologies, testing experience, English proficiency at B2 or higher, and generally a relevant master's degree or a bachelor's degree with five years of experience. The opportunity is part-time, remote, freelance, and paid per accepted task, with compensation up to the equivalent of $30 per hour; it is not permanent employment.
