Description
Mindrift is recruiting experienced software developers for a project-based opportunity creating and evaluating benchmark tasks for AI coding agents. The work involves building realistic simulated development environments, designing challenging developer tasks and evaluation criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and refining tasks based on QA feedback. The opportunity is not permanent employment, is flexible, and pays per accepted task, with compensation up to the equivalent of $200 per hour.
