Description
Mindrift is recruiting experienced software developers for a project-based freelance opportunity to create and evaluate benchmark tasks for AI coding agents. The work involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing challenging coding tasks and evaluation criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and refining tasks based on QA feedback. The role is remote and part-time, with payment per accepted task up to the equivalent of $30 per hour; participation is not permanent employment.
